Introduction
 
EPC Consortium Sdn Bhd is Malaysia registered construction company, the One stop centre for Turnkey Solutions for Bulk Material handling system and equipment.
 
We provide Services, Design & Engineering as well as Turnkey (Supply and Installation) execution of Bulk Material handling system. We have invested (RM100 Millions) and completed one and only private owned Turnkey Project for Bulk Material handling system at Kuantan Port: Design, Build, Operate & Maintenance of Stockyard to Shiploading Conveyor System at CB-6,Kuantan Port,Pahang in 2019

EPC Consortium Sdn Bhd is one of the main stevedore in Kuantan Port Consortium that handles dry bulk cargo with rated 2000tph continuous loading system comprised of reclaimer, 805 meters of conveyor system and a ship-loader designed to load 50,000dwt vessel and 154 meters of operating wharf distance. We have 13.0 acres of operation area consist of 4 main stockyard, 4 weighbridges, 2 washing bays, 1,400 meters of parameter drain, sedimentation pond, water treatment plant, wind barrier, dust control system, concrete runway, workshop and one double storey site office with 8 x 60″ display Central Control Room (CCR) . Each stockyard is able to store 35,000 mt to 45,000 mt depending on cargo type. All of our operation are being monitored, controlled and recorded with 32 cameras by our Central Control Room. Our four in-house weighbridge systems with 120 tons capacity, are able to handle up to 60 lorries at any one time in our concrete driveway without jamming the Port main road. At the exits weighbridge area, washing bays were installed to ensure all lorries are clean and safe to be on the road.

Parameter drain are used to collect and ensure that polluted water from operating area is not released to sea. All polluted water are transferred to our sedimentation pond and being treated by our waste water treatment plant. The polluted water will be treated physically and chemically according to Department Of Environment guidelines before it is reused for washing bay, equipment cleaning and dust control system. Our dust control system consist of 11 water spray guns. In addition, wind barrier with length of 400 meters with height of 18 meters is also installed to control the air pollution to nearby areas especially the villages.

EPC Consortium Stackyard to Shiploading System is the only one stop station for continuous dry bulk cargo operation at KP1 from shore to ship equipped with latest advance, efficient, safe and pollution controlled loading operation.
