Operation Flow

In EPC Consortium Sdn Bhd, there are two (2) major processes:

Import Process

Import process consist of process where cargo are transported by lorries from exporter to EPC stockyard in Kuantan Port. This 13.0 acres opeartion area consist of 4 main stockyard with 35,000 mt to 45,000 mt capacity depends on cargo type. 4 weighbridges, and 2 lines of washing bay to maintain continuous cargo flow and cleanliness of lorries.

Continuous Export Process

Our export process is a continuous process of vessel loading from stockyard through reclaimer to ship loader convey by 805m of a belt conveyor system with a rated capacity of 2000tph. Our ship loader with 25 meters boom length and 10 degrees workling angle (12-meter height) together with wharf cb6 that has a maximum permissible draft of 11.2 meters are able to load up to 50,000 Dwt vessel at any moment.

Live Operation Monitoring System

32 units of CCTV and 2 units of server were installed to ensure timely monitoring of all area.

Live Operation Status

During loading, shore scale is important for the reference. To cater for this requirement, we have installed 2 sets of belt scale in our system. Both have independent display that can be monitored at site and our control room.
