Pressence at multiple harbours in Malaysia has been established since year 2000, is a one-stop solution centre for all harbour equipment and engineering needs. Our first site office and operation centre set-up is at Pasir Gudang, Johor Port (JPB).
EPC Consortium
One of the main stevedore in Kuantan Port Consortium that handles dry bilk cargo with rated 2000tph continuous loading system comprised of the conveyor system and a ship-loader designed to load 50,000dwt vessel and 154 meters of operating wharf distance.

The company was novated from Mobile Pacific Sdn. Bhd. on the 1st September 2016 with all the core technical and management staffs remain unchanged and have solid reputation and experience accumulated from the past 20 years serving the niche demands of harbour industries.
MPS specializes in design, built, and maintain all material handling equipment for harbour industries such as conveyor belt system, bulk material transfer system, environmental control system, container handler system, drive refurbishment and etc. MPS Headquarters was located at Near Gate C, Jalan Gudang, Johor Port, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor. The Eco Business Park office is the centre of financial planning and management for the company, as well as the administrative hub for human resource management, purchasing, store and logistic centre. In addition, the company is investing in several high-end precision equipment in the near future to expand the building functions as a fabrication centre for all engineering works.
Johor Port
At multiple harbours in Malaysia has been established since year 2000, is a one-stop solution centre for all harbour equipment and engineering needs. Our first site office and operation centre set-up is at Pasir Gudang, Johor Port (JPB).
JPB operations inclusive but not limited to system integration for Quay Crane (QC) and Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG), in-situ boring, total maintenance service of bulk material handler system design, upgrade, fabrication and installation of new conveyor system, refurbishment and overhual of RTG and QC, supply, install and maintain of QC man lif system, turn-key projects and etc.
Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP)
Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), the site team focuses on Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) and Quay Crane (QC) repair and maintenance activities, maintenance of electrical conductor rails for E-RTG, inter terminal transfer (ITT) operations and was engaged into modernization project such as electrification of RTG as well as wharf expansion project at PTP3 which added additional 2 berths (berth 13 and 14) in the year 2015.
Kuantan Port
Kuantan Port (KP) operations site was set-up recently in year 2015 engaging in QC refurbishment inclusive of system integration and expanded in 2016 to undertake design, built, operations, maintenance of stack yard to ship loading system.
EPC Consortium
Introduction
EPC Consortium Sdn Bhd is Malaysia registered construction company, the One stop centre for Turnkey Solutions for Bulk Material handling system and equipment.
We provide Services, Design & Engineering as well as Turnkey (Supply and Installation) execution of Bulk Material handling system. We have invested (RM100 Millions) and completed one and only private owned Turnkey Project for Bulk Material handling system at Kuantan Port: Design, Build, Operate & Maintenance of Stockyard to Shiploading Conveyor System at CB-6, Kuantan Port, Pahang in 2019.
EPC Consortium Sdn Bhd is one of the main stevedore in Kuantan Port Consortium that handles dry bulk cargo with rated 2000tph continuous loading system comprised of reclaimer, 805 meters of conveyor system and a ship-loader designer to load 50,000dwt vessel and 154 meters of operating wharf distance. We have 13.0 acres of operation area consist of 4 main stockyard, 4 weighbridges, 2 washing bays, 1,400 meters of parameter drain, sedimentation pond, water treatment plant, wind barrier, dust control system, concrete runway, workshop and one double storey site office with 8 x 60″ display Central Control Room (CCR). Each stockyard is able to store 35,000 mt to 45,000 mt depending on cargo type. All of our operation are being monitored, controlled and recorded with 32 cameras by our Central Control Room. Our four in-house weighbridge systems with 120 tons capacity, are able to handle up to 60 lorries at any one time in our concrete driveway without jamming the Port main road. At the exits weighbridge area, washing bays were installed to ensure all lorries are clean and safe to be on the road.
Parameter drain are used to collect and ensure that polluted water from operating area is not released to sea. All polluted water are transferred to our sedimentation pond and being treated by our waste water treatment plant. The polluted water will be treated physically and chemically according to Department Of Environment guidelines before it is reused for washing bay, equipment cleaning and dust control system. Our dust control system consist of 11 water spray guns. In addition, wind barrier with length of 400 meters with height of 18 meters is also installed to control the air pollution to nearby areas especially the villages.
EPC Consortium Stackyard to Shiploading System is the only one stop station for continous dry bulk cargo operation at KP1 from shore to ship equipped with latest advance, efficient, safe and pollution controlled loading operation.
